Perishable and fragile products such as flowers, plants, and gift baskets cannot be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged or it the quality of the product is unsatisfactory.

Substitutions
Substitutions may be necessary to design your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers in different parts of the country and what season we’re in. We will make sure the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement and chosen size, using flowers of equal value is achieved. Additionally, the substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to increased demand or availability and we reserve the right to substitute with items of like style and value. In single variety arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color if we don’t have that color available.
